BridgeMod is a C#/.NET SDK that enables safe, data-driven modding for game developers. It bridges the gap between developer control and modder creativity โ developers define exactly what can be modded, and modders work within clear, transparent boundaries.
Built for game developers who want modding support without security risks, modders who want well-defined extension points, and development teams who want community creativity without compromising game integrity.
The SDK is packaged and available on NuGet, with source code on GitHub. It provides local sandboxing, a comprehensive validation framework, and deterministic behavior that enables console compliance.
BridgeMod v1.0 is released and available on NuGet. The package has been downloaded 37+ times in its first week. Core SDK components are implemented and tested, including the validation framework and local sandboxing. The project is open-source on GitHub and accepting community feedback.
Active development continues toward cloud validation services and expanded modding capabilities.
